Landing Page

A Café in the Making — Bean Bob

To generate interest before the café opens, I created a clean, one-page landing site designed to build hype, collect leads, and introduce the Bean Bob brand. The page features a warm headline, a short brand story, sneak peeks of the menu, and a lead magnet: “Be one of the first 100 to get a free coffee on opening day.” This incentive acts as a bait offer to encourage early sign-ups from curious locals.

Every sign-up goes directly into a segmented email list, ready for automated welcome emails, exclusive launch invites, and opening-day reminders. This early data will be used to nurture relationships, measure interest, and drive actual foot traffic during launch week. By capturing details now, we’re not only building buzz — we’re laying the foundation for a loyal customer base and cost-effective re-marketing after opening.

Newsletters

The welcome email is sent immediately after someone signs up through the Bean Bob landing page. Its purpose is to confirm that the subscriber has successfully joined the VIP list and to start building a friendly, local connection right away. The tone is casual, warm, and full of charm as based to the brand personality of Bean Bob.

This email introduces the free coffee incentive as a thank-you gift and gives subscribers a reason to stay tuned for the next email, which will include the voucher and official opening date. It also encourages them to follow Bean Bob on Instagram, helping drive early engagement and giving them a behind-the-scenes look at the café before doors open. This builds trust, familiarity, and anticipation, key ingredients for a strong launch.

Following this welcome email, a short pre-launch nurture sequence is set in motion. Subscribers will receive follow-up emails including a teaser update, a sneak peek of the menu, and their exclusive coffee voucher. These emails are designed to keep the brand top of mind, create hype for opening day, and ultimately drive real foot traffic into the store. The sequence builds a warm relationship with potential customers from day one turning casual sign-ups into loyal regulars.

Social Media Content

For Bean Bob’s pre-launch strategy, I focused on building social media content that felt current, authentic, and community-driven. I planned and created a mix of short-form videos, static posts, and story content tailored to the café’s brand personality. The goal was simple: create hype before opening day and build a familiar online presence that locals could connect with.

I specialise in helping businesses create up-to-date, on-trend video content — from short Instagram Reels and TikToks to casual story updates and teaser posts. For this campaign, I also planned future collaborations with local content creators to help extend reach and add social proof.

This is only a taste of what I do.

This case study is just one example of how I bring new businesses to life  from scratch. Whether it's a local café, a startup, or a personal brand, I help turn big ideas into real-world results.

Beyond what's shown here, I also offer a variety of other services including branding and logo design, content calendars, campaign planning, paid ads, and collaborations with creators and influencers. My goal is always the same: to help you create clear, consistent, and scroll-stopping marketing that actually gets results, no fluff, just strategy with heart.
